- whenever you go out of a hopsital / mental or any health institution (including things like rehab) they have to, by law, wheel you to the door, even if you can walk on your own
- it’s also an “asylum” thing, for example when a patient needs to be restrained or controlled in a strait jacket with leg restraints, for the sake of the safety of the patient and others around them, how else would they be transported? snowboard?

Well it’s possible that this person has only read the books as it is only ‘Game of Thrones Confessions.’ But it makes you realize that a good portion of the people who are fans of the show also read the book, and it’s so common that we just expect people who submit confessions to have read them also.
